Literature Study on The Development of a Work-Life Balance for State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) Following the Pandemic in Indonesia

The aim of this research was to formulate a development model work-life balance for Indonesian ASN after the pandemic. Work-life is important since it will increase work satisfaction which will, in turn, their performance. Thus, both government and state civil apparatuses (ASN) acquire big benefits. literature study conducted by reviewing several journals. This found that there are domains determine ASN. First, domain contains policies may support realization ASN’s balance. Second, individual domain, characteristics. Third, family provides additional knowledge public sector post-pandemic context.
